Wording/Poem Help

My cousin's bridal shower is tomorrow, and we have this pin that belonged to my grandmother that we wanted to give her as her 'something borrowed' for the wedding. My sister used it at her wedding and put it on her bouquet, and we thought it would be nice to 'lend' it to my cousin, then have her 'lend' it to me. It would be a cute little tradition to start for all of the weddings.

We were thinking of printing out a pic of my sister's bouquet from her wedding and writing a cute poem or something in it to explain the tradition. Does anyone have ideas for what we should write?

Wording/Poem Help

You are one of many
Small leaves upon our tree
Always looking to the ones above
For guidance, strength and security.

As you take your first big leap
Towards a future filled with love
May Grandma's spirit be with you
As she watches from above

Her legacy now follows
As each of us start anew
You must pass her on one day
When the next leaf says 'I do'
