WOW people really do get bonuses out there .. my job gives nothing and at raise time you aren't even guarenteed that ..

It depends on your job...We weren't supposed to get anything this year because of the tough year we had in sales. They surprised us today and we got a little something!! It's better than nothing!! Right?

I wouldn't know anymore. My company stinks now. It just depends on the company itself. Everywhere is different and they are not obligated to give you anything.
Good Luck and I suggest that if you do get one don't tell your co-workers how much. Some may get more or less. Some may get pissed, because you go more.
