Ours are lame.. it came out to be like 2% of my salary. BUt I work for the govt so thats good news for you taxpayers

I guess it depends on where u work. some places give both others break it up so its not all in one shot. others dont do anything.

Honestly that 100% depends on the company you work for. I have seen places give a weeks salary extra and I have seen a bonus that is bigger then their yearly salary.

It really depends. The last company I worked for I think I got 300 and it was taxed. This company gives in the thousands usually (don't know about this year yet) it is also taxed though my boss gives some cash too (the cash varies last year I got a few hundred the years before a couple of thousand)
As you can see it will be heartbreaking for me not to receive one this year!

Kinda suxxx it was small.. its less than half what I make per week. But definatly is better than nothing!

I used to get a second check for the same amount of my regular paycheck, which was nice.
Now, I work my own boutique and I don't get any bonuses.. I'll just take a new bra for myself..![]()

we don't get bonuses...we actually get an increase in salary some years, this year it's 3%

Same here... I got a card. No gift. No bonuses. Just raises. This year was 3-4%, depending on performance.

We get a raise in the middle of every year and as far as a bonus goes, they throw us a real nice Christmas party that we have to pay to attend and a cash bar, then we get a whole 15 dollar gift card, WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

every 18-24 months we get a 2-3% raise
