work -out experts HELP. . how do you get rid of???
okay I know there are some workout experts on here. . my question is this. . that bit of skin/flab that makes strapless dresses look not so pretty . . what are the exercises that target that. . I know weight overall for sure. . but my arms and back are very muscular and strong.. I carry all my weight in thighs and butt
except for that dang area right where the dress goes.. any advice?????

unfortunately there is not too much to target that area except cardio cardio cardio.. u can also try to focus on your upper back muscles while weight training..something simple at home.. besides the cardio.. are pushups.. (even girl modified ones) but with your hands wide.. for the first set.. and then hands close together for the next .. lets say 3 sets of 15 each way

honestly... cardio. as the above poster said: cardio, cardio,cardio :o) strength training is great for toning what's there...but you won't see it unless you burn fat, and fat goes away with lots of cardio. but it works!! hth!

you need muscle to burn fat so keep strength training..it will help in the long term. Definitely push ups, chest presses (bench presses) and chest flyes.Cardio will help to because it will be helping you to burn more calories1

Back excercises. Dumbell rows, flys (fly machine or dumbells for this) anterior raises & lastly take a bar-bell or dumbells stretch out your arms palms facing down & pull them in so elbows go directly to the sides make sure you squeeze your shoulder blades (for all these excercises). HTH!!!

thanks for all the advice girls.. i think I can def add a few of these to the routine
honestly I couldn't really do much more cardio if I tried seriously I am on cardio overload, I do 60-90 minutes alternating between running and elliptical . so may have to go for some more of the arm/back exercises. . it may just be inevitable. ..
