Im looking for a gym or a studio in suffolk that does poledancing.... anyone know of a place thats not to pricey??? I heard poledancing issuch a great work out and a great way to keep you fit

It is a fabulous workout! I would try looking on this website. I have taken a class with Lauren as the instructor and it was great! They give classes at a lot of dance studios..i think you would have more luck looking at dance studios than gyms! Good luck mel! Pole Dancing

There is also a place in St. James, called Prana Pilates and Yoga, that also has a pole dancing class!
