I need a new playlist for the gym. Any suggestions?
What songs do you listen to while working out?
TIA

Re: Work out songs
It depends on my mood. Sometimes i listen to a Mariah Carey or Whitney Houston Remix or 'Club' version CDs. They get me pumped. lol. But mostly I listen to this work-out CD called 'Sonic Praise'. There's 2 of them, but I like the first one the most.

Re: Work out songs
I opt for some harder stuff like 'Bleed it Out' (Linkin Park), 'Lazy Eye' (Silverspun Pickups), and 'Bodies' by I think the Drowning Pool.
Metallica's 'One' is long, but is so angry you cant help but workout faster!

Re: Work out songs
I'll listen to anything from 70s disco, 80s pop, Justin Timberlake, Blink 182, the Used, Linkin Park, and No Doubt to name a few... Believe it or not....The Beach Boys really gets me PUMPED! If I listen to Good Vibrations I feel like I can move twice as fast on the elliptical!
