I have been slacking on the workout checkins. Work has been crazy and i moved this weekend.

Do you guys want me to continue with this? Do you find it helpful or annoying? Let me know!

I do!! lol! But I dont really see many people checking in....

would you be willing to be my workout 'buddy' and we can exchange emails or texts when we complete our workouts??
