Is anyone using the original band Phoenix? I booked Phoenix last year before they changed to Milestone....they honored my contract and said they would still play as Phoenix, but now I hear that the band they became...Milestone...is breaking up...I am so worried that I won't have a band now...I called them, but noresponse yet...has anyone been in contact with Vinny or Toni Anne recently??
Call Dotty at 516-694-7838. She is the band leader of Milestone. I spoke with her earlier today about the situation. She told me that she is calling all of the brides to explain the situation. Bascially, Vinny and the other male singer blew off a gig at a wedding showcase. Not good! She is now replacing them so that we, meaning the brides, do not have to worry about the guys being irresponsible. Call her. the reason I am nervous is that I am supposed to only have Phoenix...which is ToniAnn and Vinny Garcia. So Dotty wouldn't be calling me, b/c she wasn't part of Phoenix. This is all so confusing. Hopefully Toni Ann will call and explain...
Call ToniAnn and ask her what is going on. I will tell you that ToniAnn still sings with Milestone so was Milestone going to be a part of your wedding band? If so, speak with Dotty. I will say, that Dotty is very upfront and honest. I am sure she can get you in touch with Vinny.

thats the problem...I never had Milestone. I had the band Phoenix that came before Milestone...so Dotty can't help me...this is crazy.....
Milestone has broken up. I hired them myself last summer and I have yet to hear from them or see my money. Good luck in finding another band.
