worried about DH

This may be TMI, but DH said his testicles have been really sore lately - to the point of painful. At the beginning of the week I told him to make an appointment with the doctor, but he kept telling me it was nothing. So today he calls me and told me that he made an appointment... I want him to go to the doctor, but it scares me that he made the appointment because it suddenly seems serious.

Anyone know what it can be?

someone I know went through this...ah yes, an old co-worker.....same thing...to the point it hurt him to touch....it was an infection....got some antibiotics and all was good.

im not sure what advice to give, but keep thinking positive, it is much better that he checks everything out now-early on to b safe just incase :) take care and keep us posted

It could be an infection. I'm glad he made an appointment. I hope he feels better soon

Don't think the worst and just wait and see what happens. Don't stress!

That's what I was going to say, it sounds like an infection (although let me clarify that I have no real medical knowledge)

And how the heck testicles get infected is beyond me!

My dh had the same thing twice
the first time he had pain with a bulge and it turned out to be hernia which he had an operation for

about a year after his operation he had the same pain as you described and it turned out that it was
an infection and it cleared up with antibiotics.
