Worst customer service ever.....

and the award goes to Love My Shoes!!!!!

over the past few weeks, i have called, and called, and called about a damaged item i needed to exchange, only option is to send damaged 1 back and when they get it they will send me a new 1.

so i send it back, and wait, and call, and told to wait, and called, and told computers are down, call back, still down, call back tomorrow, still down, we will call you back later today, no response, so i call again.....

finally today the computers are working and they tell me my refund went through today....

well isnt that F*ckn great, i need a replacement not a refund....

manager tells me to go online and order it again and pay shipping or go to a store to buy it, nothing else they can do.

fine, so i ask what store has it and they tell me 2, so i go to the closest 1 and they have it, but its damaged, so then i have to drive to next 1 and waste my gas!

sorry this is so long, but i wish they just processed the replacement weeks ago and saved me the headaches

oh gosh....did you go that day when ALL the shoes were $20?? One of my friends was telling me about that today. I wish I knew! I still need shoes!

i did get what i needed but i will never go back there.....
too many headaches
