WORST DAY !!!!!

WORST DAY !!!!!

I went for a trail and I don't think it could have gone any worse. I was there for 3 hoursss...yes 3 hours and when i left it looked exactly the same way as when i walked in. She curled it, it came out horrible...then she brushed it straight and tried to start over and it was going no where! I was almost in tears then finally i said i had enough grabbed my stuff and walked out with one of my bridesmaides in tow. I am so upset and disapointed. It;s 2 months till my wedding and no one to do my hair! The wedding is in westchester and the LI venders won't go there and if they do there's a huge fee. I'm so upset right now, on the verge of tears!

where in westchester? I was in a wedding up in westchester and we went to a GREAT salon...they did our hair and makeup...i will try to find out where it was if you let me know where you will be

Yes please let me know. I have someone for makeup...i was hoping to find someone who would travel to my venue. The wedding is in New Rochelle.

ohh i dont know if the travel to be honest...we had to go there at 4:30am...i dont want to offend you at all but if you are this concerned about not finding someone you might want to look into going to a saln instead as it will give you more vendor options

I agree....if it's somewhere close I would consider it for sure. I just don't have a car so it's going to be hard to run around that morning. But of course I will figure it out if I found a good enough place. This place was the worst..I'm so upset all this wedding stress is coming out after today's misshap.

Thanks girls...I'm sitting here in tears. I'm just so tired, everything I do just has to be so difficult! Nothing has gone 100% this whole planning period, I just want the wedding to come and go and be on our Honeymoon already. I know a hair trial is trivial but it's a culmination of things, this was the last straw. I need to desress, off to the gym...FH went out with his boys tonight looks like I'm all alone

I'm sorry to hear that!! There are alot of great hair salons in westchester.. I go to one in Lord and Taylor's in Scarsdale but I'm not sure if she would have any availability she books like 8 months in advance but I know there are a bunch and one in particular that specializes in Bridal hair and makeup also.. I'll get the name and get back to you!!

Why don't you try Ashley from Knotz Studio. She lives in Pelham Manor. She is doing my wedding hair and will travel to your location since Pelham Manor & westchester is right next to each other. FM me if you want her info.

I am getting married in New Rochelle and my hair girl is coming to the hotel in Westchester. She actually works for a salon in White Plains. FM me if you want her info. She is really great. She got curls to last 2 days in my japanese straightened hair! I didn't think that was possible
