We bought a home and are moving out of our apartment at the end of October when our lease is up. It's in Lynbrook in a 2 family house with great landlords. FM me for more details.

i know of one in hicksville. It's actually more of the top floor of a house. My brother & sister in law live in the bottom half, and right now the landlord is trying to find someone to take the upstairs because he cant stand the current tenant lol. It's very much like an apt. setting. The two are totally separate..very apt. like. FM me if u'd like any more info. and i see what i can find out from my brother
