at first when I was reading I was like well she sounds really sorry.....then I got to the Mary Kay sales pitch....what the heck was that??? so, yes, I would be a tad offended by that ridiculous sales pitch that was obviously not even written especially for you....!

Wow! At first I wasn't the least bit offended, and I understood her financial problems. But then, the hard sell on beauty products???? That rubs me the wrong way, I would take offense by that. Its one thing to write a truly appologetic letter, another to try to sell you make-up in the same letter! Sorry!
