out of curiosity, what would you use instead of the ring pillow to have them bring the rings down on?
They won't be carrying my rings for real, as no way am I giving my bands to a 3 year old, LOL! The Best Man will have the rings, the bearers are just more a 'tradition'.
Ohhh got it. I guess not all children should be carrying the real rings. LOL.

I think both ideas are fine...most people throw favors out unless you did something edible...or a donation

you dont need favors at all... I have been to so many wedding with out them.. Honestly when i get favors at a wedding i either leave them their or through them out a have a draw full of coasters, icecream scoopers and other things i never use.
