Would like a hair/makeup consultant to follow us

I have heard of some hair and makeup consultants that do the bridal parties hair and makeup and follow them to the ceremony and stay through the pictures to do touch ups and 'fluff' us up. However, my friend lost the phone number and I cant find any listing, but that could be because I have no clue what to look under! If anyone knows anyone or has any suggestions PLEASE let me know. I am using Pauline and she is abosolutely fabulous! I went for my trial two weeks ago and she did a great job with both my hair and makeup with very little direction from me. I was so pleased with the outcome, I didn`t want to wash my face and hair when I got home! You should definately give her a call, but hurry ... she books up fast. Her number is 516.678.8273

Thank you! I called Pauline and she is booked but she gave me her friends number who she brought into the business! I have a trial run with her in May but she sounds so nice and helpful. Kept saying the day was about me and I need to relax (gee how did she know??). I cant wait!! Thank you again.

Hi, Pauline is located in Rockville Center. For the trial, you have to go to her home, but she comes to your house on the wedding day. She charges $40 for the trial. She`s a little expensive because she is with you the entire day - up until the first dance - but I feel she`s worth it! Let me know if you have any further questions. Good Luck!

My fiance's sister used Pauline and was really, really happy with her. Unfortunately she was booked on my wedding date. Not only did she do a great job on her and her bridesmaids' hair and make-up, but she also kept the bride calm when the groom was an hour late to the Church (traffic!!!)!

I am not sure how much Pauline is, she was booked on wedding day but Elena was $40 for the trial and $275 for the wedding day, but she stays through the first dance. Pauline gave me her number and said she brought her into the business. I think its very worth it since she will be with me for a few hours! She charges about $40 for each of the girls for makeup and hair so if they want both done too, they are $80. Hope this helps.

Hi Allison, I wrote her prices down, but now I can`t find it so I`m just going off the top of my head, but I think her price is $275 for the bride and $80 per girl for hair and makeup...or something like that. But definately in that price range. If you`d like, I can call her and confirm those prices and then re-post. I don`t know about you, but I find that to be a bit pricey, but as I mentioned, I feel she`s worth it! She does a great job with both hair and makeup and she keeps you looking beautiful all day long! Hey ... don`t worry about getting my name wrong ... it happens all the time! :-)

A couple of my friends used Pauline for their weddings as well and have nothing but good things to say. I have my trial with her this Wednesday. She was so nice on the phone. I'm hoping that I like the trial. It would be wonderful to have someone there if anything goes wrong.
