would like an outsider's perspective

would like an outsider's perspective

so i made a post previously about FH's bachelor party. His brothers said they wanted to plan it. All Dino wanted was to gamble. He said no strip clubs. He said the name of the Japanese restaurant he loves in ac.

a few days before they were going he found out his brothers only booked one room for themselves and one of his brothers friend and bil. dino was pissed.

His friends got a room last minute and he tried to squash his beef with his brothers but he was pissed. ALso, the restaurant he wanted to go to was booked.

so they went sat- sun. He said he barely saw his brothers. They did their own thing..went to a club which he didnt want to do. He just wanted to gamble. He feels hurt because they didnt give him any money to gamble or even say good luck. All of his friends were giving him money and he felt like his brothers just came there to do their own thing, and not throw him a party. He feels like they didnt contribute to him at all, and he's just like wtff..they are supposed to be family. They could have all chipped in like $20 or something, no?

They went to a Russian restaurant that was $100 and his brothers ordered a 300 bottle of vodka (2 of Dino's friends dont even drink) and they all split the bottle. He just felt like they were rude to his friends and didnt go there for him. He is really pissed off. I totally get it and dont think he is overreacting, but would be interested in an outside pov. I will be deleting soon.

I would absolutely be annoyed too! How long ago did this happen? Is it too late for him to talk to them about it?

Nope, I agree with both of you! His bro's were supposed to be their to celebrate for HIM, not themselves. If they wanted to do a getaway, they should have planned something separately from Dino's back party!

I don't think he's overreacting at all. His bach party should've been about what HE wanted, not what they wanted.

I had the same problem with my sisters for my bach party, and one of them didn't show up at all. I'm still pissed about it.

Poor thing! I feel so bad for him! Those are his own brothers? I would prob say something to them. But that's me and my loud mouth. I would try and make them feel bad.

exactly.

Dino is not overreacting ... it's all about the bachelor!!!! that's why it's called a BACHELOR PARTY!!!!

yeah i feel like if you dont want to throw in towards the bride or groom and basically do wahtever you can to make it THEIR night... then you shouldn't go and you def shouldn't plan it.

thanks girls. i didnt think he was overreacting either and neither did his friends. this just happened this weekend. he is the type who will do the silent treatment..his brothers keep texting him and he is ignoring them. they dont get it. i dont see how they dont understand why he is annoyed and hurt. i told him to tell him how he feels, but i dont know if he will. i feel bad for him though. he's been really upset about it.

I bet his brothers didn't even think they were doing anything wrong! Guys are SO WEIRD about things like this. I think Dino should definitely say something but he probably shouldn't expect a huge apology b/c I bet his brothers are already thinking about other things.

I know. I told him they probably didn't mean anything by it, but to me it just seems like common sense not to treat people like that!
