I got something like that for my mom, it's called a mommy's girl frame, I put a pix of me from when I was younger on the left, below that pix was my b-date, on the right there was poem, which she removed once I gave her a pix of her and I from the wedding day, to put in that slot. Below that pix is my wedding date. I think it is a very lovley gift.
