I wasn't going to wear a necklace-- but FMIL bought this for me at CHristmas time-- Maybe I should wear it if it matches

It's pretty and would match, however from your post it almost sounds like you wouldn't be crazy about it. Don't wear it then. Maybe wear it to your RD or shower, but don't wear it to your wedding unless you love it! JMO
