Well...if I asked him to do something and he didn't want to do it, I guess that would be upsetting. Then again, I don't feel its my place to dictate who his FB friends are. Then again, I don't know the situation at all.

If FH said he would do something and he didn't do it then I'd be (and have been) really pissed off at him.
