we were going to put something in the out of town guest box for those staying at the hotel to let them know about breakfast meet up time. we are paying for our parents to stay at the hotel. why not consider doing that for her? maybe that will make her want to stay!

exactly, michelle..

it's not so much the friends.. they could sleep til the next day if they want. it's the point that she will be family and there's no reason to be difficult.

Yeah but MIL most of the times always give problems i think....
i have seen and heard SOOO many brides who have problems with them... I dunno why they are always like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sooo aggravating! Why r peeps so difficult??Check out times are usually around 11am... so really everyone is gonna be up anyway.. unless they plan on staying another day!

i guess i would be annoyed...someone always has a problem with somehting

we don't expect FFIL to stay at the hotel but he will come and meet us for breakfast at the hotel

Anyway we went to an after wedding breakfast it was nice to reminisce about the wedding...

Yes I would be upset....but let it go...let her stay where she wants just inform her that she should show up for bfast-how she gets to the hotel isnt your problem

I'd be upset too. Maybe you can have your fh tell her that it would mean a lot to both of you if you could have both sets of parents stay over.

Thats really rude. People need to realize that it is a CONVENIENCE for us to book blocks at hotels. We don't HAVE to do it, we could just say 'find a hotel' and it would be even more expensive! So F off FMIL.

omg, i said the same thing! i don't have to go out of my way to block off rooms and if i didn't, people would be spending a whole lot more than what i got the rooms for.. grrrr
