...four weeks before your wedding your fiancé invited by phone 6 more people without even telling you and then expects you to mail them out invitations. I was so upset that he didn’t even discuss this with me before inviting them. I also finalized the favors a few days before him telling me. Just REALLY annoyed!! These are distant relatives of his parents that I guess you can say are on the 'B' list. Meanwhile, we are only 1 or 2 people short of the minimum.

That would really frustrate me.
its even more frustrating when your FMIL does that....which mine did. thankfully we didnt send out our invites or finalized anything yet but still...it was like 'you JUST found out they were related to you'

i'd make him call each of them and explain that youve already paid the hall, and there is no possible way to add them on.

yes my FH did they is with our e-party, they don't realize how much that effects the count in a whole...seats, food, favors, invites, etc.

My FI did this & yeah I was annoyed , then it turned out none of the last minute invites can make it so it was all for nothing!

I would def be upset esp since theres so much going on so close to the wedding date you're all over the place. But try not to stress it. It could be worse. You want to enjoy as much of the wedding planning as possible! It only happens hopefull once lol

Definitely!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can't really stress about it because whats done is done...I feel like its weird to take back the verbal invite. They prob will say no anyway.

Thanks ladies for the validation, becasue I got really upset with him, and we rarely ever fight. It was actually his mother that called to invite her afterthought guests but he gave her permission to do so without even talking to me about it. What is done is done.. I don't even know if these people will definitely be coming but now I have to take time out of my busy scheduale to send them invitations.
