Would you go over budget.......

For a favor you absolutely love??????? It's the ONLY cheeseboard and slicer set that I've found that's IN STOCK and NOT DISCONTINUED!!!!! But it'll be around $200 more than I wanted to spend on favors.

(I can't even take credit for this.....Kris found it for me)

IMHO, for me personally, I wouldn't go overbudget on my favors only because I think alot of people tend not to keep favors sometimes. But if you really love it more then any other favor, and you can swing the extra $200, then go for it!

I would. $200 isn't a TON of $ ( that's sad. Wedding planning gets me so jaded lol)

Can you move $ around from other areas to make it less of a difference?

if it is truly the only thing you found that you like, then I would just do it. And i am pretty sure it is the only thing you like based on all the favor disappointments you have already had

i wouldn't go over my budget for favors (other things maybe, but not favors) ... but that's just me - if you absolutely can't live without it, then go for it

I think that people spend $ on favors that guests end up toss out so to spend a bit more $ on something everyone will keep is worth it...and this is coming from someone that is probably not doing a favor!
