I love the necklace, and think you should get it as long as you can afford it! But can I give you a piece of advice? Friends (inc my BMs) have mentioned to me to be careful with jewelry as gifts (i was going to get them all a bracelet as a gift) because everyone has such different taste in jewelry. My whole thing is, do I really want to buy someone something they might not use? No, especially if it's costing me some $$. But, if you are sure that your BM's will love it, then go for it! We can't speak for them! just my humble opinion!
edited to say: a friend came up with the idea to get my girls gift certs to their fav restaurants or stores. my girls love to eat out and shop, so that'll probably be it!
