absolutely. why wouldn't you? I am sure they will find out either way whether or not your are married or engaged, nor should that be the deciding factor. They don't like it, too bad.

I actually didn't. With this economy I didn't want the potential employer to see it as a negative.

yes i have been on interviews with my e-ring. honestly if thats a deciding factor i dont want to work at that type of place anyway.

I wouldn't. People are idiots and they think if you're getting married you're gonna pop out a baby right away and leave.

ive read that too but honestly thats so effed up if they do judge you because of the size of your e-ring, i wouldnt want to work for a company that does so i would wear it anyway

I take mine off... I work in HR and honestly when someone comes in with an ering on employers think that she is going to be planning her wedding and taking a ton of time off and talking on LIW Then possibly going to be out on maternity leave... It may not be right but it is the thought process. Employers don't want to hire someone they're going to need to make a ton of exceptions for right off the bat.

And if you choose to leave it on, trust me never make mention of a wedding/fiance or anything or I've seen people put it on their right hand.
