Would your fh do this?

Fh was going to 7-11 and asked if I wanted anything. I haven't gotten a wedding magazine in like 6 months and I am pretty bored so I asked if he would pick one up for me.

He laughed at me and said that he would rather buy me 10 boxes of tampons then bring a wedding magazine up to the register.

I was shocked, I couldn't believe that this would embaress him. What do you think, would your fh buy you one? Is mine just a baby?

I just asked him, and he said 'I have bought you both in the past.' Once, he surprised me with a bridal mag because he said he didn't recognize the cover....soo sweet!!

Mine just said the exact same thing. He said he would get anything I needed no matter what it was (and he sure had to when I came home from the hospital last year, poor guy).

why would he care? i mean, are they worried that someone may think the tampons are for THEM?


i don't think mine would care about either, but he's not home for me to ask him.

no i think my FH would get more issed with the tampons, he would do it, but would rather pick up a magazine

Well..I already sent my FH to the store many times for tampons lolz so thats nothin new.

But, this story is one of my favs!!

Him and my brother went to CVS at like 11:30 one nite ... so on there way out I let them know I needed tampons and of course chocolate and icecream! lolz...

While they were there I remembered that they have magazines..and I wanted The Knot one lolz..

They came home hysterical laughing!! They said the guy at the register turned like ten shades of red. When my brother and FH get together they are hysterical. When they put the stuff on the counter my brother said 'Honey, are you sure thats all we need? and my FH answered 'It's fine sweetie, the wedding isn't for another few months, we can pick up a few odds and ends next week'...

lol my FH says the same thing when mine comes, hes like yeah i hate it but i like it because it means were not pregnant =) lol

my fh actually goes and buys me tampons on his harley , but i'm barred from wedding mags.

hmm.... i think a wedding magazine he would buy for me but tampons DEF NOT!!!!! my FH is skeeved out by seeing the tampon box above the toliet in the bathroom!!! i'm like COME ON they are clean, sealed and in a box for godssake!!!!! lololol

oh, and my FH was buying me tampons BEFORE we were even dating. I had an 'emergency' at school one day and he was the only one there i knew with a car lol

he would buy me mags, but doesn't because i have a subscription to three of them, they come right to my door!
