Wound up in the ER last night...

everything is OK. On top of the nausea that I've been having, for the past few days I have been having shortness of breath and palpitations. It was a pretty scary feeling and last night it was a little worse than it had been.
They did an EKG and a bunch of blood tests and luckily everything came back OK, although I still don't feel right. They want me to move up my OB appt and be seen right away.

I swear I'm having a girl. I had no problems with my son.

I'm SO glad you're ok, Stacy! Now I have to worry about you Hang in there. Maybe it was just panick attacks? Sounds similar to what happens when I have them Hang in there, girl, and if you need anything, I needn't finish......

ya know when I got pregnant the 1st time, I started having panic attacks...would just be sitting on the couch, doing NOTHING and feel short of breath and palpitations...even had a halter mmoniter to moniter the palpatations, was in the end nothing more then panic attacks.....they said sometimes the hormones are so over powering it disrupts the seretonin in your head and PG woman have panic attacks even if they have never had them before?

Thanks ladies.

The thought of panic attacks actually did cross my mind. I would be happy if that's all it is, but it's still a not so great feeling.

I am sorry you had to go thru that -- BUt I also had palpatations during my first month. I rushed to the Dr's and they made me wear a halter monitor-- they found nothing. And all of my tests also came back OK -- It makes me feel better that I am not the only one who had this happen . My Dr also told me that it was most likely due to the strong hormones.
I never had this happen with AIdan ! So perhpas we are having girls...!

Glad nothing was wrong with you or the baby. I hope it is a bad case of nerves or panic attacks like the pp's mentioned. Feel better soon and take it easy.
