Is it insane that I want a second opinion on how much postage my invitations will need? Stop laughing...I'm serious!
I went to the PO...they weighed it etc and told me $1 per invite (it's square pocketfold)...and I just have this fear of them all getting sent back to me....I think I just need a glass of wine tonight......

my brother's wife didnt know that square invites cost more, sent them out and they showed up at people's houses stamped '.17 owed to postmaster, please pay at once'

Not insane. My invites went out and I had to pay $1 due to the odd size of the envelope. I then found a straggler and went to a different P.O. and when I asked for $1 stamp, she asked me why since it only cost .83 cents!!

No you are not crazy. I went to my local PO and I thought the guy did not seem confident and I went to another and got the RIGHT answer. Always double check. Its not crazy!!!

Definitely not crazy, just cautious. I had square pocketfolds also, and first I had my dad bring it to the PO to be weighed, and one person told him $1.54, another told him $1.17, so I freaked, and a few days later I had my mom bring it back just to double check. It turned out to be $1.17, so I got the $1.34 Zazzle custom stamps for them.
