WOW COURTYARD MARRIOTT RONKONKOMA

I am so embarressed right now

long story short FH and I are paying for FMIL and FSIL hotel rooms. I called to book the rooms about a month and half ago - I put all the rooms on a credit card and under my name which i asked the guy if it was going to be a problem that all 3 rooms under my name when other people were going to be checking in - he said absolutely not and no one is charged until they check out anyway

FH just called and they cant check in -
I have to be the one check them in and unless I fill out a form and fax it over they can't check in

FH is going there now and going to pay for it with our debit card thank god there is money in our account or we would be totally screwed...

glad everything worked out

thank god i dont need hotel rooms... i feel like every hotel room post is a horror story...

Ugh! Don't be embarassed! It's not your fault! That hotel should be embarassed. I hope they have your guests sitting comfortably with a nice drink or a snack!

That is so not your fault. The hotel should be apologizing like crazy. I dont get it...if you authorized it...they should let them check in!
