Wow its been almost 2 months

that I have not smoked..

I CANT BELIEVE IT!!

I quit to breathe better, and because come the spring I wanted to start running and I figured it would be better to strart smoking ahead of time..

I also thought maybe it would help with my condition but it didnt.

Congratulations.

I know it is hard. I did it too.

Don't you feel so much better? I find it so much easier to breath. I also find that I can smell so much stronger now.
