Wow-- we have a closing date and it is SOOOO soon!!

So the people we are buying from moved up our original closing date from Sept 15th to Aug 26th!!

We just got out of attorney review today and were just able to apply for our mortgage today-- I am so worried everything is not going to be done in time...

Ahhh.. the stress!

yikes-- I am just nervous that the mortgage and everythng will come through in time..

Only like 3 weeks to get everything in order

we had a similar time frame - just continuously follow up with all parties involved and you'll be in before you know it!

you have time--just make sure you give them everything they ask for all at the same time

We went into contract at the end of June and we just closed on July 28th. So yes, it can happen really fast. (The seller's were relocating for a job.)

And I hear you on the stress...I work at a title company and I was a total stress nut until the closing happened- because I have seen why the closings adjourn and I didn't want that to happen to us.---and we had the MOST boring closing ever too.
