Wow..Read this Email i just got from TheModernbride Card box

Hi Nicole-

Sorry we have not emailed you the completed picture of your box yet. When your designer completed your box, it was not approved by the owner. She was not comfortable sending you the box that was made as it wasn't up to her standards. She didn't feel it had any character and was very bland. So your order has been reassigned and will be remade. We are aware your wedding is in a month but do not worry you will have your card box in your hands in about a week. Since it's only a one day transit from us to you, once we ship it you will have it next day.

We apologize for this situation but the owner will not approve an order unless she feels the customer is getting what she wants.

If you have any questions, certainly let us know.

That is a great email..so few company's ttake such pride in the qulity of their product. It's a little worrisome bcause you're only a momnth away but I like that they guaruntee you will have it in time.

I LOVED them they were so great. They emailed me a pic when mine was done and told me they were sending that day. Then they emailed me to tell me they have my tracking info and according to their records it was delivered so they wanted to let me know and to make sure i have it. Then after i emailed to let them know i got it and they wrote back a nice long email...I thought their customer service was amazing

When I read the subject line I got nervous. I thought they cancelled your order.

Yes, I am really impressed with their customer service, i wrote them back telling them not to worry, and that they dont have to rush, they were so happy i was understanding.
I asked some questions about the girl who did the box, and here is what they wrote

Hi Nicole-

Thank you for understanding. The designer isn't new but she is going through a tough personal situation in her life right now so we think that may have distracted her which unfortunately reflected in her work on your box. She's done amazing boxes over the years but this one just came up short.

As soon as it's completed, we will definitely let you know.

ModernBride just created more business for themselves...Good for them! Thanks for posting. I ordered mine from them and am anxiously awaiting a picture of it. Of course I am in no rush for it now, but I still can't wait to at least see what it looks like.
