1. I am getting Bridal Shower gifts in the mail from out of town guests who will not be able to attend the actual shower.... Should I send them a thank-you immediately, instead of when I send everyone elses?
2. I have also received some checks in my 'no' responses for the actual wedding... I feel like I should send a thank-you now... instead of after the wedding??
So many questions.... Sometimes this whole process can be SO confusing!

1. I wrote the Shower thank yous immediately
2. I'm holding off on the wedding gifts so I can send wedding thank yous with a wedding pic

1. For the shower gifts-I've been writing them right away.
2- I've actually been writing them a thank you right away for the 'no's and then might send them a traditional thank you if they were family members that said no.

Re: Writing Thank-Yous
I like to write thank you notes right away so the person knows I received the gift. I was invited to a wedding that is taking place next month, and got the invite a good two months ago. I sent a gift when I sent the response and never got a thank you, so I am still hoping they received it!

Re: Writing Thank-Yous
any bridal shower gifts you get you should send out a thank you immediately.
for wedding gifts - i am sending them all out at the same time when i get my thank you cards from my photographer after the wedding

I wrote the shower thank yous all at once, but all the gifts I got before the actual shower my mom took and hid from me so I could open them all at once.

Wedding gift thank yous should go out right away if it's before the wedding - you can always send another with the picture afterward.
