WRONG DRESS!!!!!!!! - UPDATE BELOW...

Well, I went for my first fitting last night, put on my earrings, had the digital camera all ready, my tiara just came in and the seamstresss says come with me Lisa and I was like why??? 'That is NOT my dress' she was like what??? and then all the ladies were looking and said to me the dress is not here....so they don't know if they placed the order WRONG or the MANUF. shipped the WRONG ONE!!!

I am suppose to get a call today, if I don't hear anything by noon today I am calling them!!!!!!!

Don't you think the bridal consultant that took care of me or any other brides would check when the dresses come in to see if its what the brides ordered???? I even confirmed my appt. for last night earlier yesterday... and spoke to my bridal consultant! You think she would of double checked to see if the dress was in and correct....because if not I would of NEVER made the trip!!!!!!!

It's not like we are ordering a dress for a backyard party of something!!

UPDATE...WRONG DRESS FOR FIRST FITTING!!!!!!

Just called the Bridal Salon and spoke to the owner and she told me the manuf. is CLOSED for the holiday weekend, can you even imagine????? So she called the sales rep. and woke him up out of bed and he said NO PROBLEM we will have the dress, blah blah blah...So now I have to wait until Tues. and the owner of the salon sayes have a good weekend, don't get stressed, we have a reputation, you will be fine, we treat ALL our customers like family.....So I said when I call on Tues. I want an answer when it is being delivered and when my first fitting appt. is and we'll see what type of reputation you have....(but in a nice way I said that). So what else can I do but wait!!!!!

OMG I am soo Sorry, I am sure that everything will work out in the end - please keep us posted though, it seems that this is the weekend for dress drama!
