Re: WW 10/2/02 menu

Are we starting a new thread daily? I just put my menu for today on the same one as yesterday.

Re: WW 10/2/02 menu

I think it might get too long if we keep the same one - what do you think?

Re: WW 10/2/02 menu

That actually makes sense. Everyday we can start off new.
Good idea, I'll move my post over here.
BTW, today's the 1st, not the 2nd, I think you can edit your first post and fix the date.

Re: WW 10/1/02 menu

Well, today's another day, huh?
I went right up to my limit yesterday b/c I had a peice of salmon for dinner, 9 points !!!!! Hey, I thought seafood was NOT fattening !!!
I offset it w/green beans, 0 points.

Today, I'm starting off on the right foot.

Breakfast:

1 slice light wheat toast - (0 points)
1 tsp margarine - (1 point)
coffee w/a drop of Carnation Evaporated Lowfat Milk- (1 point)
Water as usual (0 points)

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine Frozen meal (4 points)
Crystal light

Snack:
Applesauce - (2 points)

Dinner: Another frozen meal( ~4-5 points)
fat free jello pudding(2 points)
Crystal light or diet soda - (0 points)

If I stick to this for the day, I'll have had 14-15 points, definitely below my range, YAY!!!!!

Good luck today Ladies !!!!!

Re: WW 10/1/02 menu

I think today will be a low points day for me since I'm not feeling so great. Skipped breakfast even though I know that's not good, but I felt really nauseous (sp?) Lunch I had toast and a peach (2pts) and for dinner I'm going to have a salad with chicken (about 8pts) if I'm feeling better. Keep up the good work everyone
