I'm so excited! I've been wanting to go back to Weight Watchers for a few months but was having trouble fitting it into my schedule. Now, they are having a group in my building at work which will meet every Tuesday at 12:15. Best yet, one of the girls I work with is going to sign up too!! We start on Tuesday. I'm so happy!!! Just wanted to share!

We also have WW at work & it is great. What is even better than the onvenience is that your piers are there to help keep you on track.

I was most successful when i did ww at work. We didn't have enough people this year to do it again so I'm on my own. doing nutrisystem now.

four girls from my job started ww when i did. It worked out really well because we took turns making low point meals for lunch. Between the five of us making lunch once a week lunch, we had healthy lunches, tried new foods, shared recipes, and only had to cook for the group once. It was like free lunch every other day
