Re: WW Breakfast/lunch/dinner
during the school year i had it down - breakfast was oatmeal and coffee, lunch was yogurt and a piece of fruit, and dinner was one serving of whatever it was we were having and then no dessert. it was working great. now i'm teaching summer school and i'm all out of wack - i can't get a good schedule. i like to snack on fruit though - that helps me. and i try to drink only water - no diet soda.
hope this helps a little good luck tomorrow!

Re: WW Breakfast/lunch/dinner
I like to have coffee first thing with fat free vanilla creamer (2 pts), a cereal bar mid morning (3-4 pts), sandwich for luch (2 pts), smart ones for dinner (4-6 pts)
if you have time in the morning...I fry 3 egg whites (no egg beaters...get the real stuff...I give my dog the yolks...but its cheaper to throw the yolks way (or put them on your face for a facial then to buy egg beaters)...on high fiber toast...
lunch...my fave was healthy choice turkey with lettuce and pickles on high fiber toast
dinner...can of green beans...can of whole potatoes...shreaded skim mozz cheese...

Re: WW Breakfast/lunch/dinner
Definite favorite breakfast is 3 egg whites, 1 melted piece fat-free cheese, salsa, and one piece of low-cal, high fiber toast but, if in a rush - no salsa and the eggs on the toast. Then I have coffee with skim milk. This is about 4 points - 5 with the coffee. For lunch I usually have a veggie burger on a small pita and vegetables on the side. For dinner, I cook something out of the WW cookbook (I love that book) and have some of that and usually a half a package of spinach or some other point-free veggie. For dessert, a frozen fruit bar or something. I just bought WW peanut butter fudge sundaes at the supermarket last night - Can't wait to try them!
Yabbobay - How many points is that dinner? It sounds really good!

Re: WW Breakfast/lunch/dinner
Breakfast I sometimes have an english muffin with light or whipped cream cheese or LF waffles and light syrup or yogurt and LF granola. All of those are about 5/6 points. Lunch is usually a salad with either tuna or chicken/turkey cold cuts and Light Done Right or balsamic dressing and then a fruit. Dinner, I eat what I want or what my husband cooks since I eat so low in points during the day. Light raviolis (by Celantano's are great) or my numerous WW recipes.
