Hello Everyone! So, how are you all doing today? The weather makes it SO tough to not sit and eat BUT... I came across some awesome sites that I am going to share with you girls with WW recipes etc.
Even though its hard...the end result is... Us looking HEalthy and beautiful for our Weddings!!!
coffee-2 points cereal-2 points skim milk-1 point fruit and yogurt parfait-3 points smart ones lunch 5-points
and lots and lots of water

It would depend on the size of the bagel, the amount of butter, how many pieces of bacon, the kind of wrap.... all of those things. Wraps are a LOT of points though! I'd much rather eat it on WW bread!

I dont have a list of points... its a whole book. I really reccommend the meetings but, if you cant you cant. Just go into any weight watchers store and buy the Complete Food Companion book... It's about $10.00 and the Dining out book is about $10.00 also.
