Just to give you a heads up, my leader gave us a sneak peak into the future! On Aug. 28, WW is starting a new program that will be offered in conjunction with Flexpoints. They won't give us any specific details now, but it involves NO journaling and NO counting points!!! When the time comes, i will definitely tell you all more about it!!!

wow, that's great i thought it was on the 22nd that they would be doing that. if they have free registration then it will be even better

My mom goes in Plainview and they have been offering it there as a 'test' for a while - although they are all under sworn secrecy. (Guess she should not have told me?)
Anyway, from what I hear there are core foods that are unlimited - like vegetables, eggwhites, and chicken. So if you eat them - you can eat as much as you want until you are full.
