Re: WW girls
Yes, it is definitely possible to lose without exercising... in the beginning. Eventually, you will hit that plateau where you need to do something.

Re: WW girls
It depends if you have dieted seriously in the past. In my experience, the first time you start following a program like that, it's easier to drop weight because you're really changing the way your body uses food. If you do it, then stop, then come back to it, or stick to it most of the time but not always, it can be harder to lose without exercise. Walking 5 miles is really good though - maybe you just want to increase the number of days each week that you walk. Good luck!!

I lost a little over 10lbs and that was without exercising... my clothes got a lot looser, but I had to start exercising to tone and tighten because no matter how much weight I lost my arms and belly still jiggled!

I lost the majority of my weight in the beggining W/O exercise. As time goes on it is a bit tougher so I am at the gym 3 times a week and do app. 7 1/2 miles on the tredmill and so far so good!

I've been on WW since the middle of March, so 4 months. Do the online program. I do it and it may be less expensive. I spent something like $60 for the first 3 months and now it's just $17 per month. If you have any questions about the online program, feel free to FM me. It's def worth it in my opinion. I've never felt better.
