does anyone know how many points a roll is??

how big of a roll?? I dont think its 3 points..
If a bagel is 6, and we are talking about one of these huge bakery rolls, than its probably 5 or 6 points. 2 slices of whole wheat bread is 2, so I doubt a white roll is only 3. ALways overestimate or you wind up gaining from underguessing all week long.

to clarify - the 3 point rolls are:
2 oz. dinner roll
2 oz hamburger roll
2 oz frankfurter roll
2 oz. hard roll
2 oz hot dog roll
2 oz high fiber roll (with 3 grams or more dietary fiber per roll)

and 1 shot of rum is 2 points...it was right underneath the roll points so i thought i'd include it incase anyone was wondering!
