WW Points for soup

WW Points for soup

Hi. I am a newcommer on the slim down board...

Does anyone eat soups from Hale & Hearty? if so, how do you know how many points it is? I like their vegatable soups which they say are vegatarian, low-fat & dairy free. but I have no idea how to count them. Any help would be great!

do you know the nutricianal info for the soup??

Their is a website, just not sure what it is that you can calculate the points.

It was posted on this board but i am not sure who posted it

Need to know fiber, calories and fat for the soup, then we can give you the points value

I know how to calculate the points- I just have no idea what the nutritional content is! They don't have a website either...

I don't think they have a website but go and ask if they have their nutritional information available.
If not ask for the number to their headquarters and call and see if they are willing to send you something with the nutritional info. on it. I don't see why they wouldn't have that for customers.
