I have a WW question for all the lovelies out there... My problem is because I am overweight I always get so many points I feel like I am eating way to much to lose. Should I be eating all the points even though it is so many???

Re: WW Question
FH has alot of points on WW and by him eating his daily points he has lost alot of weight. As he is loosing weight, his points keep going down. From what I recall he ate pretty normal in the beginning but made much healthier choices...Lean meats, low sodium, low sugar...

Yep...he really did...I was looking at him this past weekend and I couldnt believe how much he has lost so far. He keeps saying he doesnt think he is losing, but he most definately is. His goal weight is around 160 (his playing weight) but even if he hits 180 its going to be an insane weight loss...
And he did it by eating his points lol!! Even if you loosely follow your points, eat the majority of them, but make all the right choices (apple slice instread of french fries, banana instead of chocolate bar) the weight loss will come!! A turkey sandwich never killed anyone, just gotta eat it the smart way!!

Re: WW Question
YES!!!!!!!!! You MUST eat your daily target points everyday. That's the MINIMUM you should be eating!
You're given those points for a reason. It's because that's the minimum amount of food your body needs to lose weight in a healthy manner.
Suggestions if you feel you're eating too much:
1. Make sure you're getting in all of your good health guidelines everyday. This should use almost 20 points a day.
2. Make sure your portions are correct.
3. If you are doing the above and still feel like you're eating too much, use more of the full fat foods instead of fat free or reduced fat. This way you're eating the same VOLUME but you're eating more points. For instance, 1 cup of skim milk is 2 points, while a cup of whole milk is 3. Same volume, higher points. Then, as you lose weight, and you lose points, you can start going to lower calorie / lower fat foods and still eat the same volume for less points and not feel hungry!
