I went to weigh in last night and missed last week. I waited for the lady at the counter to tell me that I owe $19.90 as opposed to the $9.95 (to make up for last week), but she never mentioned anything at all. How do they know if you skip a week? How do they track it?

That can track it on the little card you bring in every week, and on the card that you get when you goto Weigh in from WW.
They will not charge you for that week, because you are allowed to skip 3 weigh ins in a 26 week period.

They let the first 3 missed meetings slide. After that they will charge you.

OH! So after that (the first 3 misses), they charge you for any missed meetings... I thought you are expelled from the program if you miss more than 3! LOL

also...the one in forest hills/rego park...is really lenient...they never charged me

I missed twice and had a pre-paid sticker taken for each time - I am ticked about this - I may mention it to my WW location.

The cards they fill out. Plus you are allowed to miss 3 every 26 weeks. So that's why you didn't get charged.
