Do you count splenda as points? Scott said to count each packet as one point. In the book it says suagr substitute counts as zero. Does anyone know if I should count it?

Danielle, a packet is zero points. the only time you have to count it is if you use a lot, like in baking. I referred to a 'Baking with points' card I got at my meeting and it says 1 cup = 2 pts.
