w.w. snack ideas

here's some snacks that i enjoy during the day:

brachman kidszels pretzels.....19 pretzels are 2 points
snyder's butter snaps...24 pretzels...2 points
mini rice cakes...7 cakes for 1 points

I love eating salsa and chips. I can't remember the points, but the salsa is zero points and I think the chips are 3 points. I buy the bite size tortilla chips.

Let me tell ya. When I was on WW, those 'ice cream' sanwiches were my favorite thing in the world! The chocolate grahams were pretty good on their own too. ;o)
