WW Weight Loss Thread

Well here it is again! For me it should be weekly weight gain thread but I guess it just means that I have to really be careful over the next few weeks and get back on track.

I had a greast vacation but I definitely ate more (and drank) than normal.

*I gained 5 pounds. Oh well. I guess back to motivation.

I am starting off the day well and drank a lot of water already! That is a start.

Re: WW Weight Loss Thread

I stayed the same as last week (up 2 pounds from the previous week) so! I need to get on track to lose the (now) 15 pounds by Spring. My 5 week (super stressful and time consuming) class ends Saturday, so starting Sunday I will be going to the gym!

New Goal = lose 15 pounds.

My Plan: Count calories and go to the gym!

So, anyone want to plan some Bpics for the Spring/Summer or some kind of beach trip to get motivated?

Vacations KILL you! Especially those yummy cocktails and all the FREE beverages at the casino. You'll lose it this week though with extra water and just watching what you eat.

Keep it up ladies...we still have plenty of time!!
I was at the international wine and food fest saturday in Epcot and then had an AMAZING brunch (buffet = bad news) yesterday! I'm afraid to look at the scale but it can't be good! I'll try to be good for the next week!

Re: WW Weight Loss Thread

hahaha right now this is also my weekly weight gain post...

I haven't weighed myself in 2 weeks but I ate SO MUCH since I got home, FH and I went out a lot, and he even cooked me dinner one night, so adorable. I'm now living in a hotel room until I make my way back to base so this week won't be too much better. But thats ok, i've been enjoying myself.

On a happy note, I went jean shopping today at the gap and bought 3 pairs of jeans all down a size (a size I have not worn in at least a year) so now I def can't gain any weight bc I think i'm going to get rid of all my bigger sizes!

Well I feel a little better. I guess a lot of the 5 pounds was water weight because I weighed myself this morning and I was 3 pounds less. But still being motivated. Fh is also lookin to loose some weight so we are going to go walking together at night when he is off

I won't even get on the scale this week- I'm scared. I've tried to be good, but I've been MAJORLY stressed and hardcore PMSing- if it wasn't nailed down, I probably could have (and did!) eat it!

How is everyone else doing?

I also quit smoking again for the 9 billionth time so that doesn't help with eating

Good for you with quitting smoking! Just give yourself the time to get over the 'hump' and once the urge isn't as strong, it will be easier to not eat :)

Yay good for you! I've been trying to help one of my guys that works for me quit... I used to be a social smoker at work, but once I took myself out of the environment and the new people I work with never knew I smoked it helped to make the change.

Try to change something in your environment at work (obviously not your job like I did) and tell EVERYONE that you're done with it so they help hold you accountable.
