My SIL is nursing my 4 week old niece and wants to go back on Weight Watchers. She realizes she needs a lot of extra calories and protein while nursing so her milk doesn't dry up, but also wants to monitor what she eats. Does anyone know how many extra points you need while nursing? 5 extra, 10 extra? Thanks!

Im doing it and I get 10 extra points a day. Its like 2 whole other meals. Ive been doing it for 3 weeks and Ive lost 4.5lbs

I have old books... but the ones I have say a nursing mom gets 30 points... no matter what there weight...

10 extra points is the most current info that I know of.
