so i got my bm compacts, picture frame, earrings, and gift certifications to the nail/spa that they usually go to for facials or manis, pedis...whatever they want. I'm giving $50 to each girl. My girls live in Queens, one in Manhattan, and LI, so I was running around today to all of their places.
One place doesn't do gift certificates!! WTFFF
and i am so busy the next two weeks to get to Manhattan. Should I give those two girls checks for $50 and explain, or VISA giftcards for 50?
Or should I suck it up and find a way to go into Manhattan for one, and try to find another spa/nail place in Astoria for the other??

I would give the $50 and explain. if they are used to their own places they may not want to go somewhere else, Maybe you can give them the gift cards with little made up gift certificates with it explaining it
