the 2nd ceremony (at the RH) would be a commitment ceremony, not an actual wedding, if that's the case.

and i could be wrong, but i don't think you need any kind of license for a commitment ceremony

nope, you dont.

the church ceremony is where the cert gets signed.

I;m not sure why you;re getting married by a judge again though.
