I have just received a NDA from a company and am unsure if we should use a generic one or theirs. I don't know if their NDA is skewed to protect them more than us or are they generally protecting both parties equally.
Is their anyone that could help?

I assume your landlord is financing the building and you are being asked to sign a subordination/non-disturbance agreement. Is this commercial space?

You have to have someone read the document before they can really tell you . . . . Those 'generics' are not usually the best way to go, but you're right, they're attorney may have (and is right to) draft in his/her client's favor . . .
